This repository makes a log of issues faced at Flat 24. An account of how we are dealing with these, as we go on living in it.

Issues Resolved with the help of authorities:

• Wall mounted cloths line fixing:
  Due to poor installation in already poor walls, nails came out, now it is fixed and looks like this.
  Fixed by our carpenter in Sept End. You can see the holes from where the nails came out, previously.

• Leaking Tap in in Kitchen:
  A tap [right side of wash basin] started leaking in the middle of September.
  Fixed in Sept by plumber provided by contractor who fixed this building.

• Clogged flush toilet [eastern]:
  It was clogged in Sept 2019, was fixed by the same plumber.

• Old Cupboards:
  Got doors some uplift. This work was contracted out.

Issues Resolved without any help of authorities:

• Installation of washing machine:
  Fixed by the current occupant.

• Overflowing tank of western style flush toilet:
  Fixed by the current occupant.

• Water Filter :
  Got a RO+UV water filter, in January 2020 second week. Since the experience with the wall quality was poor, as we experienced in just dealing with a cloths line, we opted for keeping the water filter on a stool rather than going for a wall mounted version. And it looks like this.
