Overall is ok- needs more details of how each component integrates.
For example the idea of switching off the buzzer by the attending person is good - how is it implemented?
That should have been shown in the block diagram!

4. Power supply design
Your power supply design assumes 2mA of sensor current but that is not necessarily the case.
Your supply is basically open loop and any change in batery voltage will cause change in sensor supply!

Not detailed enough!
6. KICAD Design
Schematic:
Diode D1 is backwards - your design will never get power.
The Opamp is conneced to a unipolar supply - it will not be able to sink current to drive the buzzer!
PCB:
Layout looks good.
7. Pricing / BOM / Assembly
Your bom sheet has a "risk rate" number. What is that?
