Created the framework / default layout for Gollum-site to create a nice
static site.
Initial observations:
1. Page links are being broken: e.g. href points to "{...}/Editing"
instead "{...}/Editing.html". Not sure of what is the fix.
2. Drab looking output HTML
3. No search available.
