new endpoints (#109)

* added getstudentapplication and editstudentapplication endpoints

- for admin views

* added student data to send

* format placement added.

* changed submitApplication

* merge fixes

* made refractorings

* minor changes in placement model

* Added updated at for applications

* removed log
